See the map here for details - click on it for an expanded view. We are located in a little alleyway (know locally as a twitten) that runs parallel to the seafront, between Ship Street and Middle Street. It is only 3 mins walk west up the seafront from Brighton Pier.

IF YOU ARE DRIVING - Middle Street is one way north, approach it from the seafront. Look for the Coach House pub garden on the right which is adjacent to the alley. There is limited parking and a loading bay on Middle Street. Alternatively there is underground parking in The Lanes car park on Black Lion Street or in the multi-story behind the Churchill Square shopping centre on West Street.
